The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) is a computer-adaptive test (CAT) designed to provide a common yardstick by which business school admissions committees can measure applicants and their ability to succeed in their graduate programs, such as an MBA. On test day, you have 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete the four sections of the GMAT exam –  Quantitative, Verbal and Data Insights.

The GMAT test consists of three sections, and you'll receive a separate score for each. These sections contribute equally to the Total Score, which is on a range from 205 to 805. The test time and format is as below:
